To further advance violence and injury prevention, we are committed to the training and support of existing professionals and community volunteers and assisting agencies and policy makers. This includes activities to encourage the consumption of the latest research supporting prevention efforts and the implementation of available empirically based strategies. Support of activities also includes participation in regional work groups, incubation of new partnerships in evaluation and research and dissemination of information about other funding and training opportunities.

Details about upcoming professional development opportunities, lectures, and other opportunities to engage can be found on our events calendar.

News about center activities, as well as information about upcoming training and grant opportunities can be found in our newsletter

Our policy brief series compiles information on specific topics, offering non-partisan information to inform policy.

We developed a Research and Evaluation FAQ to guide our agency partners through the process of developing research and evaluation projects and determining the need for an academic partner.
