This community-based, grounded theory dissertation study partners with multiple organizations to 1) understand sexually exploited women's substance use and self-identity (i.e. trafficking victims, prostitutes, sex traders) in their conceptualization of sexual exploitations, and 2) identify barriers and facilitators of service access and engagement with addiction treatment and related services.

Ericka Lewis, LMSW

Ericka's dissertation project explored the role of positive father involvement in the reduction of neglect risk and adverse child development trajectories among low income youth.
