Survivor of Suicide (SOS) Handbook
The Survivor of Suicide (SOS) Handbook is a pocket-sized, quick-reference booklet for suicide survivors. Written by fellow survivor Jeffrey Jackson, it is brief, clear, and packed with essential information covering nearly every aspect of the survivor ordeal – from the emotional roller-coaster, to the elusive quest for “Why?”  The Missouri Suicide Prevention Project is providing free copies of this booklet at the local National Survivor of Suicide Day events being held tomorrow.   For those unable to attend, you may request a FREE copy by emailing your name and mailing address to:  MoSPP@dmh.mo.gov    You can also download a PDF of the handbook from the American Association of Suicidology.
